Hi, I’m Kai.
It started with friends asking me to fix their bikes.
I fixed a friend’s bike last spring—that’s the kind of work this started with. Friends, referrals, and a few paid gigs, not a big shop operation. Spoke & Wrench grew out of fixing and tuning bikes for people I know, and people they know.
Now I’m bringing that same personal approach to at-home bike care in Portland. It’s a small, owner-run service, built around a simple idea: taking good care of your bike should feel a little easier.
